ABA’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness in the Industry

ABA is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusiveness in the motorcoach and group travel industry. In 2022, ABA established the DEI Committee to ensure that ABA’s programming aligns with the spirit of the DEI initiative and its values.

In 2025, the DEI Committee was folded into the new Driving Force Council as one of five dedicated subcommittees focusing on specific workforce priorities.

We are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization where our members and employees empower one another and embrace our differences, thereby setting the standard for the motorcoach and tour & travel industries.
