HC Overview

The Hispanic Council (HC) connects and advocates for Hispanic motorcoach operators, business owners, travel professionals, and others serving the Hispanic group travel market.

Through direct engagement with industry leaders, government agencies, and peers, the Council helps members navigate complex operational challenges. Members share their insights on topics ranging from border crossings and regulatory requirements to workforce development and business growth.

HC gives members a place to work through real-world challenges together, helping them navigate day-to-day operations more effectively.

Hispanic Council Mission, Goals, & Leadership

To advocate for Hispanic motorcoach operators and create greater access to opportunity, resources, and industry influence.

Four priorities guide the Council’s work:

  • Strengthen Industry Representation and Access: Advocate for Hispanic motorcoach operators while connecting members with the agencies, regulators, and other decision-makers that impact their business.
  • Support Business Growth in the Hispanic Market: Create opportunities for operators to expand services, reach new customers, and grow within a rapidly evolving market.
  • Address Workforce and Operational Challenges: Share insights and strategies related to hiring, compliance, and workforce development, including language and certification requirements.
  • Build a Stronger Network Through Peer Collaboration: Foster relationships where members exchange knowledge, share experiences, and support one another’s success.
