Vice President of Marketing and Membership

As Vice President of Marketing and Membership at ABA, I lead strategy across marketing, communications, membership, and education. My focus is on making sure everything we do supports our members and strengthens the industry. A big part of my work is thinking about how we attract the right members, deliver real value once they join, and clearly communicate why ABA matters.

What I enjoy most about this industry is the people and the impact. Group travel touches everyday life in ways many people never see, and I appreciate the complexity behind making it all work, from planning and booking to operations, safety, and the traveler experience. I’m also especially motivated by the fact that so many of our members are small businesses. Supporting them and helping shape the industry’s direction is incredibly meaningful to me.

My background is rooted in the association and nonprofit world, with a strong focus on member-centered strategy. I began my career at the Health Industry Distributors Association, working on a large trade show, then moved into member relations at Printing Industries of America after earning my master’s in Adult Education and Organizational Development from George Washington University. I later worked at The Arc Maryland and then at Altai Systems, where I built and led the company’s marketing department. Most recently, through Hatrick Marketing, I’ve helped tech companies drive growth and lead generation.

One area I’m especially passionate about is ABA’s work in education and certification. I’m excited about building practical programs that support safety, professional development, and long-term industry growth.

Outside of work, I’m a huge dog lover and passionate about rescue. Our adopted Akita/German Shepherd mix is my favorite work-from-home companion.
