As Senior Membership Manager at ABA, my focus is on growing and retaining our membership base while helping members join for the right reasons, stay engaged, and feel the value of being part of the association. A big part of my role is ensuring our members feel connected and supported throughout their ABA experience.

What I enjoy most about this work is building real relationships with our members and seeing the difference our work can make in their day-to-day operations. I value getting to know their needs, helping them solve challenges, and connecting them with resources that support their success. It is rewarding to know that even small moments of support can have a meaningful impact.

I bring more than 10 years of experience in member relations, with a strong focus on engagement and retention. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with members to understand what matters most to them, maintain accurate records, and support programs that deliver practical value. That experience has shaped how I approach this work every day: with consistency, care, and a commitment to service.

One part of ABA’s mission that I’m especially passionate about is supporting initiatives that help members grow stronger, especially through advocacy and resources that help them navigate challenges in the transportation industry. It means a lot to be part of work that directly supports their success and keeps them moving forward.

Outside of work, I love serving others. I volunteer my time to cook, shop, and help people who cannot do those things themselves. Family is also a huge part of my life, and I treasure time with my parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
