Vicki Osman, CTIS
Senior Vice President of Events and Sponsorships
I serve as Senior Vice President of Events and Sponsorships at ABA, guiding strategy, growth, execution, and financial performance of our signature events and sponsorship programs. My work includes overseeing ABA Marketplace, Board of Directors meetings, Washington, DC fly-ins, the Bus Industry Safety Council Annual Meeting, and other key industry gatherings. I also lead the development of integrated sponsorship opportunities designed to create value for partners while driving engagement and revenue for the association.
What I enjoy most about this industry is the people. This is a relationship-driven business, and our members bring a combination of passion, resilience, and collaboration that makes the work incredibly rewarding. I love seeing people come together to solve challenges, create new opportunities, and build partnerships that last well beyond a single event. There is a real sense of community in this industry, and that makes it both energizing and meaningful to be part of.
My path to ABA started with student leadership roles focused on service learning and community engagement, followed by more than a decade in sales, marketing, and education with the American Red Cross. With nearly 22 years at ABA, I bring deep institutional knowledge of our programs, our members, and how our events can continue evolving to meet the needs of the industry.
Marketplace is the part of ABA’s mission I’m most passionate about. It represents the greatest investment of my time, energy, and focus because it is the one time each year when the full value of membership comes together in one place through business development, education, and industry connection. Outside of work, I grew up living in several Pennsylvania state parks, where my dad was a park manager. Looking back, it was a pretty special way to grow up.ondary education. She lives in suburban Maryland with her husband Marc, and her two daughters, Katelyn and Emily.
