The 2026 ABA BISC/BusMARC Summer Meeting is where bus and motorcoach professionals come to sharpen the systems that protect people, strengthen performance, and keep companies moving forward. This year’s event will be held in Pittsburgh, PA, and brings together safety, maintenance, compliance, and operations leaders for focused learning and peer exchange built around the issues that matter most right now: reducing risk, improving regulatory readiness, strengthening maintenance practices, and turning operational excellence into a business advantage.
More than a routine industry meeting, this event is designed to help attendees leave with practical insight they can use immediately. The 2026 Summer Meeting will take place August 10–12, 2026, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Participation is open to ABA members with active memberships.
Event registration is $200 for each attendee.
BISC sessions are scheduled for August 10 and the morning of August 11; BusMARC sessions scheduled for the afternoons of August 11 and August 12.
Hotel info
The host hotel is Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown at a rate of $179 per night plus taxes, with a housing cutoff of July 19, 2026. Note that attendees who stay outside the official room block may be charged an additional $179 fee after the event, with exceptions for Pittsburgh-area commuters and certain documented company travel policies.
