The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) announced on Feb. 5 that it is reviewing its existing guidance documents to evaluate their continued necessity and determine whether they need to be updated or revised.

As part of this upcoming review, the Department invites the public to identify and provide input on any existing guidance documents that are good candidates for repeal, replacement, or modification across all the modal agencies that it covers (FMCSA, FTA, FHWA, etc.).

A web page has been established for each agency to list its current significant guidance documents.
