BISC Membership

The Bus Industry Safety Council is affiliated with the American Bus Association but membership in BISC is not limited to ABA member companies or their employees. Membership is open to all persons who are interested in and employed in positions promoting safety in the bus and motorcoach industry. There are three classes of membership in the BISC:

Bus or Motorcoach Operators

Designated representatives of a bus or motorcoach company or industry trade association. Bus industry association representatives are voting members; however, they are not eligible for positions as Executive Committee Officers or to Chair Standing Committees.

Suppliers

Suppliers of goods or services to the bus or motorcoach industry. Supplier members are non-voting members of the BISC.

Government Agency Members

Government agency members are non-voting members of the BISC.

Join BISC

To become a member of BISC, companies need to submit a membership application (waived for all current ABA members) and attend at least one BISC meeting per calendar year. Enrollment Form
