Speakers

Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan is the Chief Financial Officer at Bloom Tour & Charter Services in Taunton, MA, where she also oversees the Tour Division. She has been with the family-owned school bus and motorcoach company for 18 years and is heavily involved in the industry. Her experience includes serving on FMCA’s Women of Trucking Advisory Board, acting as the current chair of the Driving Force council, serving as a past chair of Women in Buses, and holding a seat on the ABA’s Board of Directors.

Pam Martinez

Pamela Martinez is the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management for DATTCO. Pam has been with DATTCO since 2000 and has over 40 years of experience in passenger transportation.

Pam has an AS Degree in Administration and a BS Degree in Management from Quinnipiac College. She also has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of New Haven.

Pam is on the Quinnipiac University Alumni Association Board, the Board of Directors for the Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association, the Capital Workforce Partners Board, and the Bus Industry Safety Council. She is also a member of The American Bus Association’s Women-In-Buses, the Human Resources Council for the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, and the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Committee for Capitol Workforce Partners. She is the Past Chairman of the Bus Industry Safety Council for the American Bus Association and has served as the President of the Connecticut Bus Association. She has also held the position of Risk Control Chairperson of TRAX Insurance and the Chairman of the Workplace Health and Environmental Safety Committee for the Bus Industry Safety Council for several years, along with board positions for the Northeast School Transportation Safety Institute, the Connecticut School Transportation Association, the Southington Chamber of Commerce, and the Milford Newcomers. Pam is also the recipient of the Norm Littler Safety Award and the Women-in-Buses Award.

Pam has been a speaker on Human Resources and Safety topics for several organizations, including the TRAX Insurance Group, the Bus Industry Safety Council, the American Bus Association, the United Motorcoach Association, the International Motorcoach Group, the Safety Summit, and Women-in-Buses.

Adam Hall

Adam Hall serves as National Sales Director for Motorcoach Tire Sales, where he focuses on helping motorcoach operators maximize safety, reliability, and value through tailored tire solutions. He has been involved in the motorcoach industry since 2011, holding roles with REI (Radio Engineering Industries), Bridgestone, PAX Training, and, most recently, as Director of Corporate Sales with John Hall’s Alaska. Returning to the tire business, Adam is thrilled to be more deeply engaged again with the motorcoach and travel community.

Adam is a familiar face at motorcoach industry trade shows and association meetings and has served on numerous committees and advisory councils.  

Adam lives in La Vista, Nebraska, with his wife Melissa, to whom he’s been married for 25 years. They have four children—Liam, Ava, Emmie, and Priscilla —and three dogs and two cats. Their home is joyfully chaotic most days.
