Crystal brings more than 22 years of experience in transportation policy, program development, and regulatory initiatives at the U.S. Department of Transportation, including roles at both the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Federal Transit Administration. Most recently, she directed FMCSA’s regulatory portfolio, overseeing the development, coordination, and execution of more than a dozen rulemakings annually while working closely with federal partners and industry stakeholders. Throughout her career, she has led major safety initiatives, national training and compliance programs, and strategic policy efforts that have impacted multiple segments of the transportation industry.
In her new role at ABA, Crystal will help advance safety initiatives and strengthen certification programs that support the motorcoach and group travel industries.
