Virtual Discussion: International Visitor Fees and CUA Eligibility

ABA is requesting tour operator members who operate in national parks for an informal working discussion on current National Park Service (NPS) policy questions affecting operators—specifically Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) eligibility and liability considerations, as well as the proposed international visitor fee.

While ABA is awaiting additional clarification from the National Parks Service, we are seeking member input to help shape ABA’s policy approach and determine potential next steps. The discussion will be led by ABA’s Lew Myers, Director of Government Relations & Research, and Callie Hoyt, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Government Relations.

Your perspective is important as ABA considers how best to advocate on behalf of tour operators.
