ABA Board Member and Jefferson Lines President Steve Woelfel testified before the June 24, 2015, House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Subcommittee on Highways and Transit hearing "Meeting the Transportation Needs of Rural America." ABA urged the subcommittee to fully recognize rural transportation providers in the planning process, expand the 5311(f) in-kind match program, and create additional transportation options through an Essential Surface Transportation program.
