I've worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years and has always had an interested to be a DMO.

Ability to stay calm under pressure.

What advice would you give to others about working in this industry?
Make an effort to colloborate with others.

Why is it important for you to belong to the African American Motorcoach Council?
Always connecting with operators and other suppliers. You never stop learning from operators: new ideas, speaking up and being confident. Listening to someone else, making their jobs easy, influences me to do the same.

About the American Bus Association
