When Motorcoach Departments Are at Odds . . . Communicate!

Bus companies face challenges every day, no matter how large or small their staffs or fleets may be. At times these challenges put different departments at odds with each other, even though everyone involved is striving to accomplish the same goals—extraordinary customer service and a profitable bottom line.
