Chicago Tour Operator, Who First Visited Cleveland in January, Will Return This Summer with a Bus Full of Tourists

Cleveland has always been a drive-by city for Catherine Swan, a tour operator based in Chicago. ... Swan, who has been in the travel business for more than 25 years, had never been to Cleveland until earlier this year, when she attended the American Bus Association's Annual Meeting and Marketplace, which was held in Cleveland for the first time in January.

The four-day ABA meeting drew 3,300 attendees, including nearly 1,000 tour operators and guides, many of whom had never been to Cleveland and were checking out the city as a possible future travel destination.
