President and CEO
Destination Niagara USA
John Percy is President and CEO of Destination Niagara USA (formerly the Niagara Tourism and Convention Corporation – NTCC), the official Tourism Promotion Agency and a full service Destination Marketing Organization serving Niagara Falls and Niagara County, New York/USA. Previously, Mr. Percy served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the NTCC. Other prior experience includes Vice President of Tourism for the Niagara Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau and 15 years in shopping center marketing and management in both Western New York and Detroit, Michigan.
In addition to serving as Vice Chairman for the Board of Governors for the American Bus Association Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the actual association of ABA, Mr. Percy also serves as the current Chair-elect on the Destinations International Foundation Board of Trustees. He also serves on the boards for the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce, Niagara Falls Community Mission, and the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area.
Tourism Sales Manager
Saundra Robertson has been the Tourism Sales Manager for the Louisville Tourism. In this role, she is responsible for the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies for Tourism Motorcoach/Group travel market. Saundra utilizes her communications and planning skills to develop tour itineraries and packages for tour group travel promotions, as well as educational events for industry partners on issues, topics and new trends relating to group tours.
She also represents the city of Louisville at major industry trade shows, marketplaces and sales missions. In her previous role she worked as the Convention Sales coordinator where she coordinated projects and special events, she has been with Louisville Tourism since 2007. In her spare time, she has devoted her efforts to the West Louisville Minority Political Club, Leadership Louisville, Toastmasters, and spending time with her family and friends. She has recently completed the CTIS program through the American Bus Association and IUPUI and has also completer the CTA Certified Tourism Ambassador program.
Convention Services Manager
Camille graduated Niagara University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. She moved to Baltimore shortly after, beginning her career at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. She moved around on property with the Event Services, Banquets Team & Front Office throughout her time with the company.
In 2014, Camille was offered the opportunity to join the team at Visit Baltimore and has been with the DMO for the last 6 years on the Convention Services team. Camille has worked with a diverse group of meetings & conventions over the years most notably NAACP, US Lacrosse and most recently with SYTA on their 2018 Annual Conference. She attributes the training she received at the Marriott to prepare her for the DMO world.
Camille finds partnering with her planners to create an excellent experience for all visitors to be the most rewarding part of her role. Camille is honored to be a part of Team Baltimore hosting ABA’s 2021 Marketplace.
Camille lives in Severna Park, MD with her husband Jordan, 1-year old daughter Hazel & Labrador Morgan.
