ABA is holding a special session that will focus on arranging and preparing for a meeting with elected legislative officials and legislative staff.
The webinar will address the purpose for arranging a meeting, who to contact to schedule a meeting, the types of information to gather in advance, materials to prepare, ABA resources that can assist, and suggested best practices to ensure your meeting is a success.
Additionally, we will discuss the May 4 ABA Fly-In in Washington DC, including the schedule for the day, location for the morning briefing, and guidance for the meetings to take place in the afternoon.
We will also touch on Political Action Committees, the use of PACs, and background on ABA’s political action committee, BusPAC.
