Listening is the most important yet the least trained of our interpersonal communication skills. This topic breaks down the three dynamics of listening. The average person rates their individual listening skills at 75%. When tested, the average person only listens at an efficiency of only 25%. Whether with a co-worker, customer, or prospective client; this topic teaches you how to improve questions and confirm understanding with key people to reduce miscommunications.
