We are excited to announce that for the first time ever the two biggest motorcoach associations are coming together to work for the good of the industry by holding a joint Capitol Hill Day, April 10-11. Seeing the advantage of speaking with one unified industry voice to help move key legislative objectives for the industry forward, the ABA and the United Motorcoach Association are bringing our membership together to help tackle a number of industry issues.
The ABA leadership and ABA staff are excited about the idea of holding a joint fly-in together this April as the motorcoach industry has always faced the same issues in Washington, regardless of which association members belong to, and being able to bring those issues to Capitol Hill in a cohesive manner will make this year’s event more effective for the membership of both organizations.
The joint UMA-ABA Capitol Hill Day event is open to members of both organizations and will include a professional legislative briefing for all participants, a group dinner, a customized schedule of appointments with legislators, and a debriefing meeting at the end of the day. The event itself is free for association members but attendees are responsible only for their lodging and transportation. We encourage you to join us for this Capitol Hill Fly-In!
ABA urges to participants book their rooms by March 20.
