Sun., Jan. 28	11 am - 12 pm	Becoming a Certified 3rd Party Driver Tester Description: Far too often prospective drivers are held up in the process of getting their CDLs and getting to work by delays in the state mandated testing program. Either scheduling difficulties or back logs in the testing queue, some drivers are being forced to wait weeks to get tested. Some states have enabled a new solution, allowing private companies to become 3rd party testing facilities. If your state allows it, and you have the space, this may be a solution for you. When a good plaintiff’s attorney gets ahold of that driver’s personnel file, the question is often asked why the company didn’t follow the progressive disciplinary policy that it had?
