As the "Biggest Kitchen Party in Atlantic Canada," this festival boasts good friends, good times, good music and lots of world famous Prince Edward Island shellfish. With gourmet chefs, celebrity cooks, first-time oyster tasters and world-class oyster shuckers coming together, the festival promises to entertain and educate people of all ages. Visitors enjoy the culinary delights of the chefs and students of The Culinary Institute of Canada, featuring interactive shellfish culinary demonostrations daily and intriguing food stations where visitors can purchase these culinary treats. The Food Pavilion will also offer fabulous Prince Edward Island shellfish dishes, such as seafood chowder, freshly steamed mussels and clams and their renowned oysters and quahogs.
