As a result of the annual intercity bus security grants, more and more operators are developing security plans and doing security assessments, but evaluating risk and quantifying that risk could be the missing link in our industry’s security preparedness. This session will preview a new tool to help you better evaluate the security profile of your operations. |

This session will cover these certification requirements, but also best practices for safe disposal and storage. There are hefty fines for those that don’t comply. EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F) under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act address the handling and recycling of refrigerants used in stationary refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Regulations (40 CFR Part 82, Subpart B) under Section 609 of the Clean Air Act specifically address the servicing of motor vehicle air conditioners.
