How Should I Register?
Associates can register for Marketplace in a variety of ways depending on their business needs.
Do you want to sell your product/service as an exhibitor?
Then you would want to register as a Associate representative and select which type of exhibit booth you would like.
Do you want to attend and have access to the operators on the Marketplace Floor but not exhibit for the entire week?
Then you would want to register as a Associate Non-Exhibiting Day Pass. Marketplace 2013 only offers exhibit space for companies attending the entire Marketplace week.
Do you want to sell your product/service to Tour and Bus Operators through pre-scheduled appointments and have access to the Business Floor?
Then you want to register as an Appointment-taker Associate.
Do you want to exhibit AND have pre-scheduled business appointments with operators?
Then you would want to register your company as an Appointment-taker and Representative.
Associate Delegates

Associate members who want to be able to sell their products/services to operator and/or travel industry members on the Marketplace Floor. Associates can choose to have an exhibit for the entire Marketplace week, exhibit for one-day or have no exhibit space.
Appointment-taker Seller:
Appointment-taker delegates make appointment requests, receive pre-scheduled appointments and conduct appointments at Marketplace during their business session.
ABA members are eligible to have at least one appointment-taker delegate if registered before the session fills. Organizations attending for the first time and organizations that did not attend Marketplace in 2012 are eligible for only one appointment-taker seller delegate. ABA member organizations may register additional delegates as outlined below:
- Organizations that had thirty-two (32) or more pre-scheduled buyer requests (not appointments) in 2012 will qualify for a second appointment-taker delegate if that delegate is registered before the session fills.
- A third appointment-taker delegate will qualify if the organization had sixty-four (64) or more pre-scheduled buyer requests in 2012 and if that delegate is registered before the session fills.
Appointment-taking Associate delegates will be able to select from the following business sessions:
- Appointment session: Tuesday AM/Wednesday PM*
- Appointment session: Tuesday PM/Wednesday AM*
*The appointment sessions will be automatically assigned by the system to maintain an equal number of appointment-takers in each time slot.
Associate Representative:
Associate members who want to sell their products/services to operator and/or travel industry members on the Marketplace Floor. Representatives have the option of purchasing exhibit space or attending the entire Marketplace without an exhibit.
Non-Exhibiting Associate Day Pass:
Representatives opting not to exhibit for the entire Marketplace week and would like to have access to the Marketplace Floor for one-day to meet with operators.
Guest:
Guests have the same privileges as other Seller delegates (except for access to the Marketplace Business Floor). Guests attend Marketplace for the social and meal functions. Guests may not be employed by ABA member companies. No single event tickets are available.

Appointment-taker Seller
- Seller Early Bird Registration (until August 15- invoice must be fully paid by August 15 or regular rate will apply): $1295
- Seller Regular Registration (starting August 16): $1350
Associate Representative
- Primary Exhibitor: $0*
- Additional Exhibitors/Non-Exhibiting Associates: $795
- One-Day Exhibitor: $0*
- One-Day Additional Exhibitor: $100
*One free representative per Marketplace Floor/Coach Exhibit.
Non-Exhibiting Associate Day Pass Registration
- Non-Exhibiting Associate Day Pass Registration: $250 per Day
Guest
- Seller Guest Registration: $700
Exhibit Types

Marketplace Floor Exhibit (all Marketplace week) 10x10 exhibit space and one representative registration. Booth furnishings must be purchased separately through ABA’s decorator or shipped by the exhibitor.
One-Day Marketplace Floor Exhibit (Sunday, Jan. 6) 10x10 exhibit space and one representative registration. Booth furnishings must be purchased separately through ABA’s decorator or shipped by the exhibitor. Limited to 30 booths.
Coach Exhibit (all Marketplace week) includes one representative delegate registration. Coaches must be ABA members and must be manned during show hours.
