Associate members are able to purchase exhibit space on the Networking Floor (all Marketplace week: Jan. 6-10) and/or the Product Pavilion Floor (Saturday, Jan. 7 Only). Coach exhibit space is also available for purchase all Marketplace week.

Travel Industry and Operator members are able to purchase exhibit space at Marketplace as a sponsor. Sponsors organizations are provided exhibit space on the Networking Floor as a benefit of many sponsor packages.

What Are My Payment Options?

Delegates can pay for registration via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), check or request to be invoiced

  • Early-bird Registrations
    • all fees must be paid by August 15 or the invoice will be adjusted to the regular rate
  • Regular Registrations
    • payment will be required by Dec. 13
  • If registration occurs after Dec. 13
    • payment is due within 30 days of registration
