Only ABA offers the flexibility to decide what works for you. You can exhibit for one day or exhibit for the entire week. Our low registration and booth fees make it easy to decide what works best for you, allowing you to customize your marketing strategy.
One-Day Product Pavilion Exhibit Space
Saturday, Jan. 7: 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- $600 per One-Day Product Pavilion Exhibit Booth Regular Rate - 10 x 10 booth space includes: 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, ID sign, carpet and drape, 1 exhibitor pass for Saturday. Multiple exhibit spaces are able to be purchased.
- $750 One-Day Product Pavilion Non-member Rate - 10 x 10 booth space includes: 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, ID sign, carpet and drape, 1 exhibitor pass for Saturday PLUS ABA membership through Dec. 31, 2012.
- $100 per additional exhibitor. Delegates can extend their stay by purchasing of an additional day pass (2 days max)
Four-Day Product Pavilion Exhibit Space
- $3000 Regular Rate: 10' x 10' per FOUR-DAY FLOOR EXHIBIT; does not include delegate registration or furnishings.
Coach Exhibit
Coaches will be displayed all week on the Networking Floor.
- $3500 Regular Rate:per COACH EXHIBIT. Does not include delegate registration. Coaches on display must be ABA members and must be manned during show hours.
Networking Floor Exhibit
The Networking Floor is open all Marketplace week to all delegates. It provides a 5 day marketing opportunity for travel members to promote their products and services to operators in a high traffic area. Exhibit space is available through sponsorship opportunities only. Email Jana at jfields@buses.org for a list of opportunities available.
