Housing opened May 10, 2011. Requests are guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be made by Dec. 17, 2011 to receive ABA rates.
We are on a waitlist for Thurs., Jan. 5, Friday, Jan. 6 and Tues., Jan. 10 at the Gaylord Texan. If you need any of these nights, please make your reservation at an alternative host hotel for your stay.
If you received an email regarding your waitlist status, note that your confirmed reservations have not been changed. You can make a reservation at another property for your waitlisted date(s) and move to the Gaylord for the dates of your confirmed reservation or you can cancel your reservation at the Gaylord and book at another property for the entire time.

CRUCIAL: Airport Arrival Information for Marketplace 2012
Critical instructions are outlined below that will help you navigate your ground transfer from your airport of choice to your hotel. Your instructions depend on your arrival airport and the hotel for Marketplace 2012. Please carefully review this information.

DFW International Airport
Complimentary airport shuttle service between the Dallas Ft. Worth Airport (DFW) and the Gaylord Texan only will be offered on the following schedule:
Thursday, Jan. 5: 12:30 – 10:30 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 6: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 7: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Guests arriving outside of the above available shuttle times are encouraged to use Super Shuttle for the most economical airport transfer. The discounted rate is $10 each way (note: a taxi cab will be much higher). Before travel commences, reserve with Super Shuttle through the following link:

I. Arrival Day – Gaylord Texan Only
1) Proceed to the baggage claim area for your flight. All baggage claims for Terminals A, B, C & E are located on the same level as your arrival gate which is on the upper level. Terminal D baggage claim is on the lower level, the same level as ABA’s ground transportation.
2) Collect your bags.
3) Staying on the same level as your baggage claim, proceed to the designated exit for your terminal as follows:
- A24
- B7
- C21
- D22/23
- E15
4) Once at the designated exit, take the escalator to the lower level if you arrived at Terminals A, B, C or E. If you arrived at Terminal D, you will already be on the lower level.
5) Look for the greeter in the Red ABA Jacket, who will dispatch a bus to you.
II. Arrival Day - ABA Offsite Hotels
Hilton DFW Lakes, Homewood Suites Grapevine, Hyatt Place Grapevine, Residence Inn Grapevine, SpringHill Suites Grapevine
1) Proceed to the baggage claim area for your flight. All baggage claims for Terminals A, B, C & E are located on the same level as your arrival gate which is on the upper level. Terminal D baggage claim is on the lower level, the same level as ABA’s ground transportation
2) Collect your bags.
3) Call your hotel (essential) – you may use the courtesy phone board located in baggage claim or call the hotel directly. Phone numbers are:

Tell the hotel your location. Your location is shown on the Courtesy Phone Board which lists Terminal letter & Baggage Claim Area. Then, your hotel will dispatch their airport bus to you. Confirm the hotel shuttle bus pick-up location with the hotel staff member which should be on the lower level.
III. Love Field Airport

Arrival Day
1) Proceed to baggage claim whether you have checked bags or not. If you carried on, please proceed to #3 below.
2) Collect your bags.
3) Call Super Shuttle (essential) from the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area using the touch screen system and let them know that you are ready to be picked-up. There is not a phone number to dial.
4) Proceed to the “Shuttle Pick-up Area”, immediately outside the baggage claim, to wait for your blue van.

Departures every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour from the Gaylord Texan.
If you are staying at an ABA offsite hotel, please use their complimentary airport shuttle service.
